About the Role

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract job with a client in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact process optimization projects across multiple teams, leveraging automation tools and strong program management skills to drive transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute process automation projects across various teams and functions.
Develop and manage implementation schedules for high-impact initiatives.
Coordinate shared resources and internal/external teams to support parallel project delivery.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive stakeholders.
Facilitate issue resolution and manage critical paths for project success.
Lead First Article Inspections (FAIs) and ensure quality standards are met.
Oversee product lifecycle management from NPI to EOL.
Support Customer Experience Testing (CET) and ensure product launch readiness.
Manage configuration data integrity and security disclosures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's or MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience managing process improvement projects.
Experience with robotic process automation tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath).
Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering
Master's or MBA (preferred)
