Program Manager - Business Planning

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple programs and operational activities by documenting their scope, expectations, resources, and budgets, and communicating clearly with all involved parties.
• Gather and compile data from various sources to produce usable information for business partners and decision makers.
• Use critical thinking to devise process improvements, leverage technology to optimize tools, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of required activities.

Requirements

• Education: BA at a minimum.
• Typically, 4+ years' experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
• Experience in Program Management is required.
• Onsite presence is required to facilitate collaboration with local teams and the Operations group.
• Proficiency in standard productivity tools such as Office 365 and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Organization skills and proven follow-through for multitasking.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-evolving environment.
• Familiarity with the IT world and networking industry is preferred.
