The Program Manager - Business Planning role is based onsite, primarily in Roseville, CA, supporting operational activities and budget controls for the Aruba research and development workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple programs and operational activities by documenting their scope, expectations, resources, and budgets, and communicating clearly with all involved parties.
Gather and compile data from various sources to produce usable information for business partners and decision makers.
Use critical thinking to devise process improvements, leverage technology to optimize tools, and automate repetitive tasks.
Collaborate efficiently with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Requirements

Minimum of a BA degree.
Typically, 4+ years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related areas.
Experience in Program Management is required.
Onsite presence is required to facilitate collaboration with local teams and the operations group.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Organization skills and proven follow-through for multitasking.
Proficiency in standard productivity tools such as Office 365 and Power BI.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-evolving environment.
Familiarity with the IT world and networking industry is preferred.
