Key Responsibilities

Oversee development and implementation of assigned projects
Serve as the single point of contact for project-related activities
Manage projects from concept to final implementation
Coordinate with all areas affected by the project, including end users, computer services, and client services
Define project scope and objectives
Develop work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Conduct project meetings and track project progress
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
Manage vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables
Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team
Recommend actions for problem analysis and solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Proven experience in taking projects from concept to implementation
Strong ability to define project scope and objectives
Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint
Proficiency in developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Excellent skills in conducting project meetings and tracking progress
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to ensure quality standards and review deliverables
Experience in managing and tracking vendor tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with end users, computer services, and client services
Ability to provide technical and analytical guidance to teams
Top Secret Clearance with SCI is required

Nice to Have

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Experience with project management tools and software
Knowledge of current project management methodologies and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Compensation ranges from $93,400 to $176,200 USD depending on location and experience
