Program Manager, Cricut Contributing Artist Program (CAP)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help drive onboarding, education, and communication with contributing artists.
• Support the overall expansion of the Contributing Artist Program.
• Scale content within Design Space to enhance engagement efforts.
• Communicate effectively with artists, influencers, product experts, and community members worldwide.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software product management, UX, engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and member care.
• Track multiple stakeholder conversations, prioritize tasks, and deliver clear reporting on success metrics.
• Propose solutions and ideas for complex, ambiguous problems related to the program.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit with willingness to take projects from conception to execution.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Ability to work well with others, including cross-functional teams and community members.
• Strong visual and design sensibility, with experience using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks effectively.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
• Problem-solving skills to address complex and ambiguous situations.
• Respect for artists and a passion for community growth.
• Understanding of marketplaces, art, and current craft & DIY trends.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or willingness to learn.
• Digital experience and interest in software usability.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership.
• Practical, hands-on approach with a 'make-it-happen' attitude.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

Nice to Have

• Merchandising experience or a passion for crafting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field.
