About the Role

This senior level Program Manager II role supports the continued success of Aon Affinity's growing Healthcare Division, specifically driving policy and premium growth for the Nurses Service Organization (NSO). The position involves collaboration across departments and external organizations to develop and execute strategies that meet business goals, including customer acquisition, renewals, and managing P&L responsibilities for association partnerships. The role is based in Fort Washington, PA, with a hybrid work arrangement, and aims to enhance professional liability insurance offerings to nursing professionals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal departments and external organizations to develop and execute strategies and tactics to meet business goals.
Drive profitable growth through strategic marketing promotions, product enhancements, and pricing strategies in collaboration with marketing, operations, and insurance carrier partners.
Optimize service and marketing channels while ensuring compliance with relevant statutes and underwriting guidelines.
Interact with the insurance carrier on activities ranging from policy management to product improvement recommendations.
Manage relationships with association partners to increase membership penetration, maximize member retention, and develop brand awareness.
Manage the P&L for each association and collectively, ensuring targeted revenue goals are achieved.
Create and strengthen 'Trusted Advisor' status among association leadership, staff, and members.
Collaborate with IT to enhance self-service tools and customer platform functionalities.
Deliver presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.

Requirements

10 or more years of program management, marketing, and/or business development experience.
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience in delivering presentations to various audiences, including senior management and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Preferred experience in medical malpractice and/or professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
