Program Manager, Magellan Delivery Excellence

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Take shared responsibility and accountability for the successful planning and execution of the global program as part of the Delivery Excellence team to develop processes and tools to ensure predictable execution.
• Support program governance, including preparing agenda and materials for Steering Committee meetings, managing ad hoc and recurring topics, supporting risk management activities through RAID, and leading Key Execution and Deployment Governance meetings.
• Create and manage schedules, including resource capacity planning within assigned teams.
• Identify transformational opportunities for value realization and track them via BSC VIP.
• Identify potential project risks, define mitigation actions, and escalate to program leadership as appropriate.
• Support oversight of individual team performance and foster a culture of accountability across the program.
• Lead surge projects in key areas of risk or performance issues, drive process improvements, and address lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Science or applicable field; Advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of technical professional or operational experience in the medical device field.
• 5+ years of PMO experience.
• Previous leadership experience across the BSC network or management of large change programs, ideally in technology or systems environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and the broader Application Ecosystem, along with key business processes.
• Ability to make decisions in the best interest of global BSC, even if it requires reasonable compromise for local teams.
• Proven adaptability and comfort with change, demonstrating effective change leadership.
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and credibility.
• High sense of urgency and commitment to execution.
• Servant leadership style that fosters an empowered, self-driven team culture.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across a matrixed organization.
