Key Responsibilities

  • Creates, manages, and executes project scope, schedule, resources, and change management initiatives.
  • Communicates and documents project plan, status updates, business goals, and governance plan to team and stakeholders effectively.
  • Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Collaborates with specialists both inside and outside the organization with assigned tasks to deliver subject matter expert activities.
  • Ensures project deliverables are on time, high quality, and on budget.
  • Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading a team including: interviewing, hiring, training, developing, directing work and processes, managing performance, recognizing, and rewarding employees.
  • Mentor team members to encourage personal and professional growth.
  • Encourage ongoing skill development by providing opportunities for continued education.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience coordinating small or department programs.
  • 1 year of experience in a professional working environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in appropriate field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and other financial skills.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience working collaboratively with teams and employees at all levels within an organization.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • May require reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrated success in program development, project planning, and project management.
  • Ability to multitask, balance multiple priorities, and work independently and within teams.
  • Personal organization and time management.
