About the Role

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Business Program Manager to join their team. As a Business Program Manager, you will be part of the Customer Experience Strategy and Insights team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Director in strategy development and optimization to enhance customer-centric initiatives.
Lead annual strategy design and narrative updates for the Customer Experience & Success Team.
Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities and develop compelling business cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage relationships and influence senior leaders on strategic roadmaps.
Contribute to the operationalization of the Customer Experience Center of Excellence.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business discipline preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Power BI.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SharePoint.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with AI agents.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role (5-7 years).
Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and AI agents (2-3 years each).
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business (preferred).
