About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Complete an interview process to demonstrate suitability for the position.
• Assist in managing and coordinating projects related to community outreach and engagement.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote programs and share information.
• Support the development and creation of policies and procedures related to project responsibilities.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection process based on application and interview performance.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Social Sciences, Planning or a related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in program administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Ability to complete an interview successfully demonstrating the qualifications suited to the responsibilities.

Nice to Have

• Previous project management experience.
• Previous community outreach and/or community engagement experience.
• Experience using social media to promote programs and share information.
• Experience working with a municipality or government agency.
• Experience writing/creating policies and procedures related to the responsibilities of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Three years of relevant experience or equivalent training.
