The Project Coordinator supports JLL's Data Collection, Environmental and Property Condition (EPC) Services team, primarily focusing on supporting administrative functions related to project prioritization and execution in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves providing administrative support, coordinating team initiatives, and assisting with project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily use of company applications, i.e., Box, PeopleSoft, Workfront, CRM, and Quire.
  • Reviewing project requirements and assisting with making judgements about staffing of assignments, scheduling and booking of travel for team members in the field.
  • Coordinating with team members and clients to resolve meeting dates and times.
  • Evaluating workloads and balancing assignments between team members.
  • Performing clerical duties including scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials and notes.
  • Completing or managing completion of various tasks determined by EPC leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of workplace experience in an administrative support role preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in varying environments, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills to create, update, and maintain project lists and schedules.
  • Customer focus and ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to cope with change, handle risk and uncertainty, and shift gears comfortably.
  • Interpersonal savvy to relate well with all levels of people using diplomacy and tact.
  • Quick learner who enjoys tackling unfamiliar tasks and learning on the fly.
  • Self-starter capable of independently starting and completing projects and making data-driven decisions.
  • Effective time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting environmental or property condition assessment projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
