About the Role

NewSouth Window is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring the completion of daily processes such as ordering products, assisting customers with updates, handling installation crews and concerns, ordering warehouse materials, and reviewing sales orders. The position supports the company's commitment to high-quality windows and doors while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Track measure flow and completions
Communicate with the production department on orders and issues with products
Track flow of jobs
Order all products for all vendors and track delivery timing
Confirm accuracy of measures and orders and work with backup coordinator on second eyes review of all orders
Communicate specific items to the customer communication specialist as needed
Proactively communicate with customers
Keep up on aged jobs in manufacturing
Assist in orders for services
Maintain documentation in LP and CRM

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask
Ability to track and communicate order and production flow
Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation
Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, and perform occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing
Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination for office machinery
Good oral and auditory communication skills for interpersonal and phone communication
