The Project Coordinator role is part of the Transformation team within Supply Chain Management, supporting the planning and execution of supply chain projects to improve operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers, internal and external to Supply Chain, to understand pain points and opportunities.
  • Manage opportunity funnel and expectations of requestors.
  • Prioritize opportunities using multiple factors and a cross functional team.
  • Manage efforts and resources through open conversations with leadership.
  • Successfully support large, high profile, complex, cross functional projects through to completion.
  • Support change through creating a shared need, shaping a vision, mobilizing commitment, making change last, and monitoring progress.
  • Create, develop, and maintain project plans.
  • Conduct leadership updates on projects, funnels, opportunities, wins, financial impacts, KPIs, and concerns.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings and effectively communicate status reports.
  • Develop professional cooperation across the organization to complete work team activities.
  • Relate well to all kinds of people at all levels, inside and outside of the organization.
  • Know how to get things done, both through formal channels and informal networks.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Health Administration, Business or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project management, process improvement, change management, business transformation, or related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in operations management and achieving outcomes across a broad scope of responsibilities.
  • Strong team building and management skills.
  • Ability to handle critical issues and solve problems in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to executives.
  • Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an integrated delivery network (IDN) or other large health care system.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, or Change Management certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Health Administration, Business or related field.
