About the Role

The Project Coordinator works under the direction of senior Project Management staff to organize assigned aspects of a project, support project management functions by documenting, updating, and tracking project tools, and interface with internal/external stakeholders. The role involves assisting in the overall progress of projects from concept through final implementation, ensuring quality standards and reviewing project documents. This position is based at AdventHealth Tampa, a faith-based not-for-profit hospital specializing in various advanced medical services and research, committed to extending the healing ministry of Christ and fostering professional and spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support project lead to coordinate ancillary project work, follow up, research or basic document.
Create support documentation for a project.
Perform administrative tasks on a project, such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
Document, update, and track project progress using existing templates (e.g., project charter, timeline, risk and issue logs, stakeholder register, communication plan).
Communicate with project team and distribute communication as per the communication plan or as assigned by the project lead.
May lead components of a project or smaller projects with low levels of complexity, risk, ambiguity, and visibility.

Requirements

High School Grad or Equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in project management support.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience supporting projects or in project management support roles
