Project Coordinator/Project Delivery Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage customer change orders in compliance with lease requirements, including seeking bids, compiling data, and coordinating approvals.
• Create purchase orders for customer changes related to data hall whitespace and security design, OFCI, and construction.
• Attend customer calls related to design changes and coordination, tracking progress against need-by dates to ensure timely decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, Security, Supply Chain, Commissioning, and Operations to ensure project delivery through the Compass Program.
• Manage the vendor bid process through the General Contractor, including bid solicitations, RFP development, and proposal analysis.

Requirements

• Strong ability to communicate verbally and written clearly, concisely, and logically.
• 3 to 5 years of construction experience with understanding of contract management, data center security system architecture, whitespace fit out, jobsite delivery coordination, construction payment applications, change orders, and construction schedules.
• Experience in commissioning and project handover.
• Previous experience managing change orders.
• Acute attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of speaking up when encountering potential roadblocks.
