Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams to complete sustaining projects from planning through implementation.
Organize and lead cross-functional project teams using project management skills.
Manage a diverse scope of projects aimed at enhancing product features, addressing quality issues, meeting regulatory standards, or reducing costs.
Direct activities of internal and external team members to meet project objectives.
Implement design changes into production for current products and provide consultation support for other engineering projects.
Support continuous improvement opportunities and ongoing process improvements.
Plan and execute projects effectively, coach team members, solve problems, and make decisions with limited supervision.
Communicate project status and updates up and down the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
1-3 years of applied project management experience managing projects of various sizes.
Ability to communicate and negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders in areas such as Marketing, R&D, QA, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Operations.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Experience managing projects in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

Applied experience with Microsoft Project and other Office Suite applications.
Prior SAP experience, including creation of DIRs, BOMs, Routers, and writing Engineering Changes.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Qualifications

Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
