About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to gather requirements and requests.
• Define the scope of the new B2B Supplier Portal based on stakeholder input.
• Determine project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timing.
• Track and report status, issues, risks, and financials to management.
• Document project activities, sequences of milestones, dependencies, and task durations.
• Employ full stage gate methodology and/or agile methods as appropriate.
• Manage medium-sized efforts/projects/tasks, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition to the new portal.
• Maintain moderate to extensive stakeholder touch points throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably with experience in SaaS solutions and B2B portals, or Integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methods, including stage gate and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively gather and manage stakeholder requirements.
• Create and maintain trust with business partners, build quick relationships within IT, partner with internal and vendor project managers, and present to director/VP level sponsors and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management.
• Ability to manage medium-sized projects with multiple stakeholder touch points.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled with project management tools - JIRA, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Office 365 products.
• Experience with demonstrated success delivering projects on-time, within budget, and in-scope.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS solutions and B2B portals or integration platforms.
• PMP certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
