Key Responsibilities

Establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business Field preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
Project management experience required (PMP certification preferred).
Strong communicator and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong reputation for customer focus.
Familiarity with and practical experience with ERP (SAP preferred), MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other office software.
Ability to read Engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience dealing with the cultural diversity of a global business environment.
Must already have a work authorization permitting employment in the US.
