About the Role

The Project Manager 3 serves as a key facilitator within the supply chain for packaging artwork issues, communicating with design firms, printers, On-Site Personnel, Sales, and Clients to ensure proper printability for packaging. The role involves coordinating packaging production via job instructions and schedules, maintaining and improving client relationships, and supporting internal teams in executing production needs. The position requires adaptability and effective communication to manage multiple projects and assist colleagues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond in a timely manner to Clients and internal requests from Client/On-Site Personnel and Sales.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts and production meetings to foster positive business impact.
  • Manage project timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understand the Client's process, including deliverables and rework requirements.
  • Communicate issues to Management.
  • Track actuals weekly and generate reports using PowerBi and Allspark.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and conduct budget meetings with leadership and brand leads.
  • Create purchase orders, process invoices in SAP, and update the PO tracker.
  • Monitor travel expenses and update travel plans and actuals.
  • Coordinate with founders on quarterly invoices and ensure timely invoice submissions.
  • Complete journal entries for reclassing funds and address miscellaneous budget requests.
  • Manage Inno Team Meeting decks, update key meetings tracker, and organize bi-weekly Inno PMO meetings.
  • Coordinate sample shipments for new items and vault samples, ensuring correct versions and inventory updates.
  • Plan Inno Team events, assist with off-site planning, organize Mega Fridays, and participate in monthly engagement calls.
  • Coordinate happy hours and manage sample logistics.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests, including projects like Microsoft Teams integration.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; some college or associate's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the design, print, or production art industry preferred.
  • Experience in reading work instructions and business memos.
  • Proofreading skills required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Full comprehension of reading work instructions and business memos.
  • Physical ability to sit, use hands, talk or hear, stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to see, including color vision and focus adjustment.

Nice to Have

  • Some college or associate's degree.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred).
  • Experience in design, print, or production art industry.

  • U.S. pay range of $52,236 - $65,295 annually, based on location, experience, and other factors.
