Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Administration of an enterprise Project Management tool
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across business segments and supporting transformation initiatives
  • Proactively engage with business partners and stakeholders to understand business operations and goals
  • Lead and facilitate process improvement-based workshops to document processes, drive ideas and solutions
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes
  • Actively lead and coordinate with cross-departmental resources to complete process improvement projects
  • Provide change leadership in support of rollout of improved business processes and technology applications

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in financial services; management consulting experience preferred
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Experience and strong working knowledge of Monday.com project management tool
  • Process-oriented with superior time management and organizational skills
  • Skilled in techniques to analyze complex information and propose solutions
  • Experience in process improvement and change management
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
  • Strong teamwork skills and work ethic
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable
  • Flexible in a dynamic working environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business writing
  • Ability to handle complex business issues with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment
