The role of Project Manager involves managing projects through all phases of the development lifecycle, working with large end customers, and contributing to strategic goals within Lifecycle Services. The position offers flexibility, including remote work options within the United States, and involves collaboration with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Planning, scheduling, cost forecasting, monitoring, documentation, control, and reporting on all aspects of assigned projects.
Coordinating internal and external development and test resources and working with resource managers and other project managers to ensure staffing, project alignment, and integration.
Owning project priorities and delivery of project expectations, and identifying issues and mitigating risks among the project team.
Helping develop business and marketing strategies, optimizing the performance of products to achieve business goals.
Using project management techniques, tools, and established standards to ensure project deliverables are met.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
Legal authorization to work in the US; sponsorship is not provided.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to Have

Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in a project management or project leadership role.
Experience with financial aspects of project management, including percentage completion, revenue recognition, and project accounting.
Demonstrated experience working in a stressful environment with many competing priorities and encouraging constructive feedback.
Experience in Pulp & Paper or Metals industries.
Advanced training or certifications in PMI/PMP.
