Key Responsibilities

Utilize effect program management skills and tools to drive project delivery - moving the program forward as an active leader as opposed to a passive recipient
Plan, delegate, monitor, and follow-up on work across multiple teams, including partner teams, building strategic alignment and executing on prioritized deliverables
Play a key role in the advancement of cyber security goals and audit compliance, working with partner teams to address key requirements and project deliverable on-time
Manage and execute technical projects end-to-end within the Compliance, Risk, and Cybersecurity space, engaging with stakeholders to align on direction and manage expectations across internal groups
Manage CMDB maturity in ServiceNow
Manage a program focused on leading development teams to resolve cyber findings identified in Fortify, SonaType, WebInspect, and penetration testing
Partner with infrastructure team to remediate on-premise hardware issues
Partner with Cloud team to remediate issues in cloud infrastructure (Azure)
Partner with external Auditors to respond to requests for information (RFI)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
5 years of experience in program or technical project management - including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
5 Years of expertise in ServiceNow. Deep experience with building reports and dashboards, CMDB, Incidents, Change, and Service Requests

Experience as a senior Program Manager in a Fortune 500 company
