Key Responsibilities

  • Project execution, monitoring, controlling and change management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Allocate and manage resources, both human and material, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project progress.
  • Maintain project schedules, identify critical paths, and make adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, financial reports, and other project-related documentation for stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, provide cost analysis to ensure financial goals are met and be sure that costs and revenues align.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management procedures.
  • Other duties, as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, or Project Management).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Nice to Have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, or Project Management).
