About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems.
• Oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Monitor programs and projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.
• Organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings to facilitate communication and project completion.
• Assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements

• Typically requires 4-6 years of related experience.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, with general instructions on new assignments.
