We are now looking for a Project Manager to drive initiatives that create more meaningful connections between artists and fans. The Music team plays an important role as the interface between our listeners, artists, and other music industry constituents. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of product related music projects and strategies designed to improve both the music discovery experience and to help artists find their audience. Your counterparts will primarily be teams in Product and Partnerships, but you will also deal with Marketing, Legal, Data Science, Design etc. The Music Partner GTM team represents the 'bridge' between Music Partnerships, Editorial, and our Product teams. The team's mission is to ensure new products designed for artist expression and music discovery are optimized to meet the needs of Spotify's top partners including artists, labels, and management companies. Music Product Specialists are responsible for artist pilots, content strategy, and industry adoption of our suite of Audience Development products (including Marquee, Showcase, Discovery Mode, Spotify for Artists, etc). Your work will be highly strategic and will have a direct impact on the business.
