About the Role

We are Lockheed Martin supporting the IFG Engineering Operations team. The Operations team works to align engineering teams to execute the goals and priorities of the IFG Line of Business, Program Office, and functions to deliver agile and affordable solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements. This position will support the IFG Engineering Business Rhythm by developing and supporting data visualization, analysis, and reporting, including management of the IFG Engineering Operations project folder on Tableau Server and data analysis of E&T Program Performance, Metrics, and RTG Plan Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Perform ad hoc data analysis of E&T metrics and staffing data
Provide data visualizations via Tableau or other visual delivery methods to satisfy requests up to and including VP level
Other data visualization as necessary

Requirements

Bachelors in an Engineering discipline or technical degree
Ability to interpret data of various types (technical, process, financial) and experience creating presentations that summarize the data in a clear and concise manner
Experience working across multiple teams and organizations
Experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interim SECRET or higher security clearance

Nice to Have

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, etc.)
Experience with relational databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Security Clearance Level: Secret
Must be a US Citizen
