Project Manager, SAP S4 Functional

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business, process, functional, and Digital Technology stakeholders to coordinate, plan, and conduct workshops.
• Collaborate with business, functional, process, and technical team members to analyze and document key decisions leveraging McCain's framework and tools.
• Project plan, execute, and govern the appropriate configuration work in S/4HANA landscape to address mandatory changes in partnership with key teams from McCain and S4 SI partner.
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM), business, process, and functional stakeholders on change initiatives resulting from the migration from SAP ECC legacy platform to SAP S/4HANA.
• Structure, define, and operationalize progress reports and status dashboards.
• Develop best practices, scalable mechanisms, and repeatable processes across all phases of the business transformation: planning, blueprinting, design, build, test, and deploy.
• Utilize project tracking and management principles (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid); map resources, track dependencies and risks, and assess impacts of change across workstreams.
• Ensure OCM plans align with overall project timelines and work with the OCM team to address conflicts and interdependencies.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, organize and coordinate team efforts, and lead project status meetings and daily huddles.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Drive finance and resource management of assigned workstreams using McCain's tools and frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP implementations, including end-to-end S/4HANA implementation.
• Proven experience as a functional project manager in at least one global SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFE) and PMP or SAP Activate Project Manager certification is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Exposure to global delivery and deep understanding of SAP software and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira tool is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Ability to approach conflict resolution and negotiation with confidence and tact.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
