About the Role

The role is for a Project Manager with experience in Contact Center domain knowledge, focusing on managing cross-functional projects independently. The position requires a Business Project Manager (not IS&T) with hands-on experience in project management tools and potentially involved in migration projects from On-premises to Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional projects independently.
  • Coordinate and oversee contact center projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must have Contact Center domain knowledge.
  • Must have managed cross-functional projects independently.
  • Must have great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have hands-on experience with at least one project management tool like Wrike, MPP, or Teams.
  • PM should be Business PM (not IS&T).
  • Experience with migration projects from On-premises to Cloud solutions is a plus.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $81,700-$130,000 a year.
