About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scheduling with internal teams and customers.
• Utilize Primavera P6 and MS Project to manage and control project timelines.
• Implement cost control measures on engineering and construction projects.
• Lead scheduling efforts for projects ranging from $500k to $5 million.
• Analyze complex financial data sets and integrate them into MS Project.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Proficiency in project controls and management.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and pivot tables.
• Understanding of Power BI.
• Experience with project coordination and cost control.
• Ability to manage cloud-based project tools.

Qualifications

• Work environment involves a hybrid schedule with approximately 30% travel.
