About the Role

The Project Specialist (Facilities) contributes to AIDS Healthcare Foundation by handling multiple projects and supporting all AHF departments through procurement of services and materials. The role involves managing communications between contractors and AHF staff, functioning as a project manager, and participating in projects outside of housing, such as pharmacy, clinics, or retail locations. The position requires a passionate advocate for AHF's top initiatives and aligns with the organization's core values and mission to provide accessible HIV/AIDS medical care and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Handle multiple projects across various departments, supporting procurement of services and materials.
Manage communications between contractors and AHF staff, functioning as a project manager.
Support scheduled projects and respond to emergency needs with constant communication with vendors and staff.
Participate in projects outside of housing, such as pharmacy, clinics, or retail locations, alongside managers.
Ensure that AHF's core values and mission are upheld in all activities.

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with vendors and staff.
Experience in supporting procurement processes and project coordination.
Strong communication skills to liaise between contractors and internal teams.
