Key Responsibilities

Work with R&D teams to develop and maintain appropriate test case coverage
Write manual tests including key transaction verifications and objective evidence capture requirements
Identify and/or build data to support tests
Identify the needs and build relevant positive, negative, and end-to-end tests based on requirements
Analyze results to assist in root cause analysis of related defects
Identify technical problems, provide innovative, creative solutions; share technical knowledge with the team
Incorporate business, market, industry, and competitive knowledge into technical solutions that can be readily adapted to changes in technology and/or clinical use
Complete detailed, high-quality technical documentation to capture and communicate designs

Requirements

B.S. in Computer Science preferred
2 years of experience in software quality assurance or quality engineering preferred
Ability to generate alternative solutions to problems or processes
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
Experience in test repositories such as Jama, Jira, ALM
