The Service Delivery Center Senior - Financial Services Organization - QA Automation Tester Manager role involves working within EY's dedicated financial services unit, focusing on innovation, automation, and complex technical solutions to accelerate software application delivery and system integration projects for clients in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems that make a difference for clients.
  • Work directly with client engagement and delivery center leadership teams on executing the Engagement Management Framework.
  • Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure software meets or exceeds specified standards and client requirements.
  • Plan, design, and implement tools or assets to solve complex problems, including custom Java-based tools and frameworks.
  • Develop client relationships across multiple levels and support sales efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of technical solutions throughout the solution delivery center.
  • Lead team meetings (e.g., status meetings).
  • Provide detailed review of team's work product (associates and analysts).
  • Produce high-quality deliverables with no supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and approximately 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts with 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in Java development and architecture best practices.
  • At least 4 years of experience with test automation tools such as Junit, Selenium, RESTAssured.
  • Deep experience with Charles River's investment management platform and related technology stack, including integration with external vendors and enterprise data systems.
  • Experience on API integrations with hands-on implementation of API and automation processes.
  • At least 4 years of experience with at least 3 of the following: complex test automation frameworks, SQL data querying, data analytics/statistics, AI sub-areas (machine learning, NLP), CICD tools (Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab), web technologies (Angular, React, HTML/CSS).
  • Technical knowledge of the software lifecycle including design, architecture, development, and testing.
  • Resourceful, innovative, and able to find solutions individually and within a team.
  • Experience managing teams and mentoring others technically and professionally.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications or degree specializations in application development, analytics, test automation or artificial intelligence.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience.
