About the Role

The Hanover's Internship Program provides college students with the opportunity to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test their skills, use their academic knowledge, and match their interests to a real job. The 10-week summer program offers meaningful projects, mentorship from industry professionals, team-building activities, development workshops, and social engagement. The program aims to foster personal and professional growth and potentially lead to future full-time employment opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Read and understand process and data flow diagrams.
Understand the design and development of existing automations to support business clients.
Independently develop automations on lower to medium complexity projects based on specifications.
Interact directly with business customers to provide data and support.
Share performance metrics of automations to identify enhancements and improvements.
Develop automation reporting, trend analysis, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Create and present a final presentation highlighting work accomplished during the internship.

Requirements

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week internship program.
Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
0-2 years of professional working experience.
Computer Science or Technical degree.
Design and code automations that automate processes across multiple applications or systems.
Evaluate large and complex data sets.
Turn raw data into meaningful information.
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details.
Advanced knowledge of Python and solid knowledge of SQL.
Awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and software automation is preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies and software automation.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Basic professional experience (0-2 years).
