Teamcenter Process Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize PLM processes using Siemens Teamcenter.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into process workflows.
• Support the implementation and customization of Teamcenter modules and workflows.
• Provide guidance on best practices for PLM process design and data management.
• Participate in the development of the OnePLM platform and other digital transformation initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tosca TestSuite.
• Create and manage test scripts and modules using Tosca XScan, TBOX, and Classic engines.
• Integrate Tosca with test management tools like JIRA, QTest, or VSTS.
• Execute regression, smoke, and end-to-end test scenarios across web and SAP environments.
• Implement distributed and unattended test execution strategies.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tosca Automation and Teamcenter PLM.
• Certifications in Tosca (AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2, AE1, AE2) are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of PLM processes and Tosca automation frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Tosca TestSuite, TBOX, Classic Modules.
• Experience with Teamcenter PLM (Workflows, Data Model, Integrations).
• Knowledge of Test Case Design, Defect Tracking, Automation Strategy.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, QTest, VSTS.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Behavioral Driven Development (BDD).
