About the Role

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation, execution and maintenance of marketing communication materials for talent acquisition across all lines of business. This role involves managing national marketing campaigns, collaborating with external agencies, developing content and social media campaigns, and researching advertising strategies to increase the top of funnel for open positions. The position is remote and offers opportunities for professional development within a healthcare-focused organization committed to diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures national marketing campaigns are executed in a timely manner, including approvals, distribution instructions, proofing, tracking, and adhering to budget.
  • Directs and collaborates with external agencies.
  • Responds to and provides solutions for field marketing requests.
  • Administers content development, layout, and basic graphic design of national and local advertising and sales materials to ensure strategic adherence and brand appropriateness.
  • Researches content and creates social media campaigns.
  • Designs and/or monitors the development of local advertising.
  • Updates internal communication flyers such as employee referral flyers.
  • Provides data refreshes and messaging around GlassDoor and Indeed Reviews and Ratings.
  • Researches advertising methods to increase the top of funnel for open positions.
  • Monitors planned projects to ensure completion within budget, milestone, and deadline parameters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Marketing project management experience.
  • Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience is a plus.
