Job Description

About the Role

The Redpoint Interaction Specialist role is within the marketing technology team, focusing on designing, implementing, and optimizing real-time customer interactions across multiple channels using Redpoint Global's customer engagement platform. The ideal candidate bridges marketing strategy with technical execution to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex interaction flows using Redpoint Interaction (RPI)
  • Configure real-time decision engines for personalized customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain interaction strategies across email, web, mobile, and other channels
  • Create and optimize decision trees, business rules, and segmentation logic
  • Manage campaign orchestration and customer journey mapping
  • Integrate Redpoint Interaction with CRM, CDP, and other marketing technology stack
  • Configure API connections and data feeds for real-time decisioning
  • Implement tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with IT teams on data architecture and system integrations
  • Partner with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns with real-time personalization
  • A/B test interaction strategies and optimize performance
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Analyze customer interaction data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Create dashboards and reports for stakeholder communication
  • Conduct performance analysis and ROI measurement
  • Recommend improvements to interaction strategies and customer journeys

Requirements

  • Expertise in Redpoint Global's customer engagement platform
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing real-time customer interactions
  • Knowledge of configuring real-time decision engines and interaction flows
  • Ability to integrate marketing platforms with CRM, CDP, and other systems
  • Experience with API configuration and data feeds for decisioning
  • Understanding of tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks
  • Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
  • Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with personalization
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret interaction data and optimize strategies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation and campaign orchestration
