About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the Redpoint Interaction platform to orchestrate customer journeys and real-time decisioning.
• Manage API integrations and data management to support marketing initiatives.
• Analyze data using SQL for segmentation and insights.
• Implement email and web personalization using HTML/CSS.
• Support multi-channel campaign execution and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Redpoint Interaction platform.
• Strong understanding of real-time decisioning and customer journey orchestration.
• Experience with API integrations and data management.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and segmentation.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web personalization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CDPs.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations.
• Experience with multi-channel campaign execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Redpoint Global certification in Interaction or Data Management.
• Experience with other customer engagement platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Background in e-commerce or retail marketing.
• Experience with data privacy and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
