About the Role

As a Referral Partner Analyst at Fiserv, you will be responsible for maintaining and executing the code that calculates monthly and quarterly bonus compensation for the referral partner business in accordance with their signed agreements. You will develop a deep knowledge of business data, understand how to utilize it to compare actual performance against referral partner contracts, and work with referral partners to understand results, investigate questions, and address data anomalies. This role involves collaboration with technical teams and requires in-person presence on-site Monday through Friday at Fiserv's office.

Key Responsibilities

Validate data files and execute the monthly referral calculation process
Perform quality control to ensure referral partner calculations are accurate
Review results with referral partner leaders to address concerns and fix data anomalies
Provide requirements to update/modify existing calculations or implement new payouts
Assist in testing referral partner system changes as needed
Partner with technical teams to modify reports
Run SQL queries and work with large data sets
Run ad hoc reporting in response to business needs

Requirements

Experience in data analysis, reviewing, and/or working with large data sets
Experience in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server (packages, procedures, functions, views, etc), and/or Microsoft Access
4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational, work, and/or military experience

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Power BI
ETL experience (scheduled jobs to move/aggregate/summarize data on a nightly basis)
Salesforce.com experience (backend data structures)

Qualifications

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Experience with data analysis and large data sets
Proficiency in SQL and related tools
4+ years of relevant experience
