Sr. Analyst, People Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex data sets to create simple and dynamic visuals and dashboards in Power BI.
• Partner with Kraft Heinz' Global and local HR teams and other teams on structuring large scale data sets and data projects and dashboard development.
• Organize data connections and ensure accuracy for HR data sets.
• Understand metrics like turnover, vacancy rate, retention, engagement, and internal mobility across the P&P Function.
• Manage data sets efficiently, coordinate with teams to improve data quality, and align with senior team members on global objectives.
• Maintain a conceptual structure of data and formulas used, and design analytical approaches to improve business reporting and data quality.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience dealing with large data sets on a global scale.
• Quick learning ability to grasp data concepts and formulas and connect with teams for data representation.
• Previous experience working with HR data sets is valued.
• Experience with Snowflake and/or SQL (nice to have).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake and/or SQL.

Qualifications

• Experience with large data sets and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with HR data sets (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL or Snowflake (preferred).
