About the Role

Ethos is a leading insurance claims investigation and medical management company committed to providing better data that translates into better decision-making for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 2-3 client meetings per week (50% virtual, 50% in-person), including up to 25% local travel and occasional overnight travel (2-3 trips per quarter).
  • Maintain and grow an existing book of business in assigned territory.
  • Make daily outreach contacts via phone, email, or other communication channels to drive engagement.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare impactful proposals tailored to medical management clients, highlighting Ethos' value proposition.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Represent Ethos at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding, ensure seamless handoffs, and drive satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the claims industry such as worker's compensation and/or liability.
  • Experience in B2B sales within nurse case management, IME, utilization review, and medical bill review (preferred).
  • Familiarity with investigative services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing the sales process autonomously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B sales within nurse case management, IME, utilization review, and medical bill review.
  • Familiarity with investigative services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
