About the Role

As a Regional Channel Sales Manager at Spectrum, you will lead the effort in driving voice, data, and video sales within your territory. Your consultative approach will strengthen the Business Class commercial sales team, ensuring robust client relationships and increased market share. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer and Channel Partner experience through consultative needs analysis and client-centric solutions.
  • Design and present tailored communication solutions to meet the complex needs of small, medium, and large business customers.
  • Achieve monthly revenue quotas in data, managed services, phone, and video by generating sales through Channel Partners.
  • Enable Channel Partners to sell and promote Spectrum Business products and services through networking, training, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Account Management Team and support groups to ensure seamless handoffs and effective ongoing account management.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably in telecom data, voice, and video solutions.
  • Knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN, and fiber networks.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Relationship-building and solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Self-motivated and goal driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agent Channel Partners.
  • B2B sales experience with C-level decision makers.

Qualifications

  • Educational background: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales exceeding revenue quotas, preferably in telecom solutions.
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN, and fiber networks.
  • Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, goal orientation, multitasking, and a clean driving record.

Benefits & Perks

  • Comprehensive pay and benefits package that rewards contributions and supports well-being.
  • Base pay generally between $83,200 and $136,100, with additional compensation such as bonuses.
  • Commission earnings target starting at $72,000.
