Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional leadership team to further business development goals and business plan development in partnership with technical division managers.
Facilitate strategy development process for strategic pursuits across multiple business lines, including driving the use of the CRM system.
Oversee proposal and presentation development by providing direction and oversight for the development of compelling proposals and interview presentations.
Track and report marketing performance metrics related to budget, proposal outcomes, hit/capture rates, pursuit efficiency, sales funnel, and ROI for the region.
Lead and mentor marketing managers and team to maintain a positive, high-performance culture focused on results.
Partner with other regional marketing managers and leadership on marketing initiatives across the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of AEC marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Demonstrated success in leading strategic pursuits and high-impact proposal efforts.
Strong understanding of capture planning, interview coaching, and proposal best practices.

Nice to Have

Experience working in the public infrastructure market.
Familiarity with CRM systems and pursuit strategy development.
Leadership experience in a high-performance marketing team.

Qualifications

Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Significant experience in AEC marketing and leadership roles
