Remote Digital Marketing Specialist (temporary)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot, including creating compelling content and managing the full lifecycle from concept to performance analysis.
• Monitor deliverability metrics and optimize email campaigns to reduce bounce rates and improve inbox placement.
• Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including writing ad copy and partnering with the Art Director on visual content.
• Monitor and optimize social media ad performance by adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets to maximize ROI.
• Track and report key campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with updating product pages to reflect current promotions, pricing, descriptions, and imagery.
• Support the creation of campaign-specific landing pages and promotional banners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, maintain campaign calendars and timelines, and support reporting and analytics across channels.

Requirements

• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, social ad managers (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and CMS/eCommerce tools (e.g., Magento, Drupal/DXP).
• Strong analytical skills using HubSpot analytics, Meta/Google Ads dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with SEO.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to run reports and analyze data within business applications like Oracle, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in healthcare-related fields (medical, dental, vision) is a plus.
