Research Analyst (Aerials) - U.S.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Research and produce Aerial Reports and maintain quality, accuracy, and efficient standards.
• Georeferencing acquired digital imagery within a web-based application.
• Generate custom reports utilizing client specific search criteria.
• Coordinate with management to provide real-time updates on workflow.
• Proactively manage a docket of client orders to maintain consistent productivity and balance of turn-around time (TAT).
• Maintain accurate notes and documents to improve research process.
• Manage time effectively through proper and consistent steps to generate reports.
• Work independently with minimal supervision by management.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced team environment where attention to detail is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience and knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficient in technology like Bluetooth, WiFi, and other communication protocols.
• Strong map reading skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
• A goal-oriented work ethic, committed to meeting/exceeding objectives individually and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• GIS, Aerial, or Project Management experience.
• Prior work experience in a research setting.
