Revenue Intelligence & Insights Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize revenue metrics and KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a single source of truth for GTM performance.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards for executive leadership, providing real-time visibility into revenue performance, conversion trends, and pipeline health.
• Analyze sales cycles, conversion rates, lead/opportunity trends, and customer expansion data to provide actionable recommendations that enhance sales execution and GTM strategy.
• Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analyses to identify key revenue growth levers, uncover bottlenecks, and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders to define data-driven forecasting models, territory planning strategies, and segmentation approaches.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture and reporting automation to ensure insights are scalable, accurate, and timely.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to equip frontline teams with performance insights that drive better decision-making and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or a related analytical field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, report building, and dashboard automation).
• 5+ years experience in SQL Development.
• Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and revenue analytics platforms to integrate and extract insights.
• Deep understanding of SaaS GTM metrics (pipeline velocity, sales cycle length, win rates, churn, expansion, etc.) and how to measure them effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a data-first mindset and a bias toward action.
• Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, influencing business decisions with clear, data-driven narratives.
• Experience in forecasting models, segmentation analysis, and revenue planning is a plus.
