Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of reoccurring reporting workflows (e.g. forecast accuracy checks, pipeline health reviews, sales performance tracking).
  • Maintain and continuously improve data processes to ensure reliability, scalability, and usability of insights across GTM teams.
  • Analyze sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer lifecycle to identify key trends and business opportunities.
  • Translate data into concise impactful recommendations that influence GTM strategy.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting that supports cross-functional decisions and leadership visibility.
  • Support sales forecasting through modeling and pipeline analysis, track forecast accuracy and suggest improvements.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure alignment between top-down targets and bottom-up data.
  • Own weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue reporting with commentary on key drivers and variances.
  • Improve data flow between systems (e.g. Salesforce, BI tools, Excel) ensuring alignment and reducing manual work.
  • Propose and implement automation where possible to reduce time-to-flight.
  • Support initiatives such as segmentation, territory design and account scoring with data driven frameworks.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A or related analytical functions.
  • Expert comment of data analysis tools (excel, SQL, Salesforce reporting, BI tools).
  • Proven ability to take ownership of reporting processes and turn data into business strategy.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and presenting to leadership.
  • Experience with forecasting methodologies or sales performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC and ARR.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (Business, Finance, etc.).
