About the Role
The RPA Analyst - Automation role at BILL.COM involves analyzing automation problems to develop and implement solutions, focusing on delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable automations using Automation Anywhere. The position aims to streamline data processing within business systems to enhance company productivity and revenue, with responsibilities including reviewing and maintaining a large number of bots and leveraging Python scripting to automate complex processes. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and RPA developers to design, develop, and test automation workflows, as well as organizing large data sets to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze automation problems to develop and implement solutions.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable automations using Automation Anywhere.
- Streamline data processing and updates within business systems to enhance productivity and revenue.
- Review the processing of over 600 bots daily, working on efficient bot runs and maintenance.
- Leverage Python scripting to automate complex processes alongside Automation Anywhere.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and perspective in problem resolution when building new bots for complex manual processes.
- Collaborate with analysts from internal teams to identify new automation opportunities.
- Work with a team of RPA developers in designing, developing, and testing automation workflows.
- Review and organize large sets of data used by the operations team to support vendors.
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- 12 months of experience
- Ability to analyze automation problems and develop solutions.
- Experience with Automation Anywhere and Python scripting.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- At least 12 months of experience in automation or related roles
