SailPoint/ Java Engineer - IAM

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Development and delivery of new integrations, features, rules, workflows, tasks, and functionality on the SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platform, including installation, customization, configuration, and support of identity provisioning and governance tools.
• Develop Java code for reporting and role management.
• Develop IDM applications using SailPoint and Java, participate in requirement analysis and design, perform unit testing, and provide 3rd level support for SailPoint applications.
• Work on large-scale proposals, including creating technical solutions and providing effort estimates for multiple IAM products.
• Identify risks and issues, develop recommendations to address significant risks and complex issues.
• Create new audit reports, templates, and perform ad-hoc and current audit reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI for specific applications.
• Implement new code into UAT and production environments following system development lifecycle processes.
• Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.
• Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause analysis, and reduce future incidents.
• Participate in production support on-call rotation, especially for complex issues.
• Collaborate with vendors on root cause analysis and drive mitigation or elimination actions for future incidents.
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and present them to decision makers.
• Update project schedules to track and measure task fulfillment.
• Perform other duties as required or requested.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SQL and Java.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Windows AD, and LDAP.
• 3+ years of experience with SailPoint programming.
• 2+ years of experience with assessing and implementing access control procedures and processes.
• Experience working with and integrating APIs (SOAP / REST).
• Solid working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts.

Nice to Have

• IT Professional Certification (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, etc.).
• Experience in Healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of experience with data security.
• Understanding of network infrastructure design and routing concepts.
• ITIL model knowledge and understanding.
