About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Respond to leads in a timely manner.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Drive sales initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Assist other team members with paperwork and projects when needed.
• Collaborate with the team on a daily basis.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Ability to make weekly sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple things simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficient in typing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
