About the Role

Business Analyst with Marketing experience preferably in Email Marketing or Marketing Cloud. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, managing change for platform enhancements, and supporting sales and marketing teams with training and process development. The position is based in Dallas, TX, with remote options, and requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Create user stories and guide projects through the SDLC.
Schedule and facilitate collaborative stakeholder meetings to elicit and document comprehensive business requirements and project objectives.
Manage change management for platform enhancements for Marketing LOB partners and sales teams, including overseeing stakeholder socialization.
Create user guides and training materials to support change management for all impacted users.
Develop new processes to support change management initiatives.
Utilize strong communication skills to ensure effective understanding and alignment of client needs.
Design and deliver presentations to communicate requirements understanding.

Requirements

Business analysis experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Email Marketing.
Strong understanding of the business side of marketing platforms.
Experience in writing user stories and gathering requirements.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
UI or user experience knowledge (preferably some UI experience).
Ability to create user stories and guide projects through the SDLC.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project facilitation.
Experience in change management and creating training materials.

Nice to Have

UI experience.
Experience with designing and delivering presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
